Processing Times

In-stock items: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase.

Pre-order items: Because pre-order products are made specially for each drop, please allow 3–6 weeks from the close of the pre-order campaign for production and fulfillment.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once your order ships.

Free shipping on orders over $50.

Standard shipping: $5–$8 flat rate (calculated at checkout).

Rates are calculated at checkout based on location.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country.

Delivery Times (after processing)

U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days (depending on carrier & location).

International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on location & customs clearance).
Tracking
All orders come with tracking numbers, sent via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.
Pre-Order Shipping
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped together once all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or customs. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Returns & Exchanges
At this time, we only accept returns/exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us at potentialclo@potentialclo.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
